Amazing stay with all the perks

Had an awesome 4 nights in this big, stylish suite with a wicked jacuzzi bath and a TV in the bathroom! The LED mood lighting was super cool. Breakfast delivered right to our room was delish, with a ton of options. Only wished the bathroom had a bit more shelf space for our stuff.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting stay in Windermere with great value. Enjoyed a large bathroom with a deep bathtub for a relaxing soak. Keep the windows open if it gets too warm.

Our stay was a complete disaster. The spa bath malfunctioned, leaving us with no relaxation after a long day. The staff acted defensively, accusing us of breaking it and refusing to give a refund for our terrible experience. The room was poorly maintained, with a broken toilet paper holder and a shower that flooded the floor.
